Start of a Challenge

Captain's Log
Star Date ......to be decided aka trying to figure out what today's stardate is, apparently there is arguments about what it would be..

Today I start on the epic journey of "The Health Challenge"
The Rules!
1- No sugar laden foods
2- No Junk food
3- 64 oz of water per day
4- 5 servings of fruits/vegetables per day
5- 45 minutes of being active for six out of the seven days
6- healthy breakfast
7- healthy lunch
8- healthy dinner
9-Behavior Modifications
10- No eating two hours before bedtime (unless it will be your healthy dinner)

This is a group I have joined and we report to each other to help keep on top of the rules. I have done this once in the past, but decided to give it a second try.  I have altered some of the "rules" to fit me and therefore will be opting out of the prize money that goes to the winner at the end.  The 45 minutes of activity is supposed to be exercise, for CFIDS and OI  that is not exactly possible, so with my trusty fitbit I will be able to make sure that I have at least been in an active state for 45 minutes each day. I will be most likely posting pictures of the fitbit page as to keep track better on here.
