Food: Peanut butter and jelly sandwhich on whole wheat bread, Fiber drink, two and a half hot dogs with ranch and ketchup, and seven layer been dip with frito chips.

Banana
2 Jumbo Muffins, one banana and one chocolate
2 cups of salad, with egg whites, ranch, cheese, and frito chips
1 handful of cheddar and sour cream chips
1 cup of v8 fruity juice

Water: about 40 oz of water......3.5

Ok, so I have been terrible......but here it goes for yesterday

Banana
 Peanut butter, jelly and honey sandwhich on whole wheat bread.
 Handful of chips (cheese sour cream...I think)
 two servings of a casserole that had potatoes, bisquits, chicken, and gravy.

yesterday I was able to do a lot, but today I am not feeling as great. Probably because I did too much yesterday.
