Ok, so I have been terrible......but here it goes for yesterday
Water: 3.5
Food:
Banana
Peanut butter, jelly and honey sandwhich on whole wheat bread.
Handful of chips (cheese sour cream...I think)
two servings of a casserole that had potatoes, bisquits, chicken, and gravy.
Sleep: 4
exercise: 3
yesterday I was able to do a lot, but today I am not feeling as great. Probably because I did too much yesterday.
