Food: 1 slice whole wheat bread with peanut butter and honey, 1 banana, 1 gogurt, 1.5 cup of salad with ham, cheese and ranch, 2egg sandwhich with cheese on whole wheat bread.
Exersice:2 ( yay, I am starting to feel a little better)
Water: 2
Sleep: 4
