Captain's Log, Stardate 2016925

I am still on planet earth at this moment, and still continuing with what my fellow companions call a "Health Challenge"
Progress is going slow but my lieutenant has assured me that I am doing well and to continue the path. My goal is to beat my last week's score.
This week my average score was in the range 7 to 8 points per day. Hopefully I can keep at least a 8 point average per day this week.
I have what seems to be a virus running rampant in my body, no doubt brought on by being in contact with others....I shall keep up my progress as I see able to do.

This is How it works

I have four categories to update each day.
Exercise
Food
Sleep
Water

I will assign each a number each day, except for food. For now I would like to know what I eat each day, if it gets to hard to to that then I will switch it to the number system.

Numbering system based from 1 to 5, 1 being extremely poor, and 5 being Awesome!

Exercise
1- I sat in bed all day, 2- I sat in bed half the day, and the other half I was up but didn't do much, 3- I was able to take a walk 4- I was able to work out a bit, 5- I was able to dance around like a crazy lady.

Water
1-hardly any water,2- couple cups of water,3- 5 cups of water,4- had aound 6 cups water, 5- had 8 cups of water

Sleep
1- didn't sleep much at all, 2- slept off and on all night,3- slept most of the night waking up around two times, 4-slept all night, maybe waking up once, 5- Slept soundly all night long :)
